TextEnvoy brings the core work of an SMS provider into one staff portal: connecting customers and suppliers, assigning routes, setting rates, managing prepaid credit and investigating message records.

  • Built for Cloudfonica cloud delivery: We are preparing TextEnvoy SMS Switch to launch on the Cloudfonica cloud platform (cloudfonica.com), pairing dedicated customer switch instances with expert technical support. Installation, updates, monitoring and platform security responsibilities will be defined in the service terms, with backups offered as a paid add-on.
  • Clear commercial focus: Our offering is switching software with dedicated cloud infrastructure and expert technical support planned for launch. Your business maintains its own customers, supplier agreements and SMS termination arrangements.
